- To qualify for a return, products must be:
- Unused, undamaged, and in original packaging (with all tags/labels intact).
- Returned within 30 calendar days of delivery (per tracking confirmation).
- Returns for items damaged during shipping must be reported within 7 days of delivery (with photos of the item and packaging).
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned/refunded:
- Custom or personalized products (made to your specific requests).
- Clearance/sale items (marked “Final Sale” on product pages).
- Items used, washed, or with missing original packaging/tags.
3. Return Process
