  • Unused, undamaged, and in original packaging (with all tags/labels intact).​
  • Returned within 30 calendar days of delivery (per tracking confirmation).​
  • Returns for items damaged during shipping must be reported within 7 days of delivery (with photos of the item and packaging).​

2. Non-Returnable Items​

The following cannot be returned/refunded:​

  • Custom or personalized products (made to your specific requests).​
  • Clearance/sale items (marked “Final Sale” on product pages).​
  • Items used, washed, or with missing original packaging/tags.​

3. Return Process​
